CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to the full service charge at our discretion. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
